EAA (Essential Amino Acids) are nine amino acids that the body cannot produce itself and therefore must be obtained through diet or supplements. They are important building blocks of protein and are found naturally in foods such as meat, fish, eggs and some vegetable proteins.
We call our product Super EAA because it combines all nine essential amino acids in a pre-mixed formula, with the same amino acids found in many different dietary protein sources. EAA (Essential Amino Acids) consists of 9 amino acids that the body needs to obtain from food or supplements, because it cannot produce them itself.
- BCAAs (Branched-Chain Amino Acids) are three of these nine: leucine, isoleucine and valine.
