How old do you have to be to shop with you?
To shop with us you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 and need supplements, talk to your parents and ask them to buy what you need for your sport and goal.

What payment methods can I use when making purchases?
We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, KLARNA, iDEALApple Pay, Shop Pay and Goodle Pay.

How long is the delivery time for my package?
We normally have a delivery time of 1-3 working days.

This delivery time applies regardless of which delivery option you choose. If you do not receive a delivery notification after 5 days, please contact customer service.

For larger campaigns, we reserve the right for delivery times to take slightly longer.

Do you deliver outside Sweden?
Currently we only deliver within Sweden. We are actively working to expand delivery options outside Sweden. If you want to stay updated, we recommend that you subscribe to our newsletter, which you can do at the bottom of the page.

Can I pay for my order in part?
Yes, if you want to pay for your order in installments, select Klarna as the payment method at checkout.

I haven't received any order confirmation, what's the reason?

Your order confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout when placing your order.

If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam folder. If your order confirmation is not in your spam folder, please contact our customer service to ensure that the order has been processed at the time of purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We have the ability to make certain types of changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been printed at our warehouse.

If you wish to cancel or change anything in your order, please contact us as soon as possible before we have had time to send your package.

What do I do if I want to exercise my right of exchange?
If you want to exchange a product, you place a new order for the product you want, with that package we send a return label that you can use to send back the other product. Your exchange item will be sent from us within 24 hours every weekday. As long as the product is intact and unused. When we have received your return, we will credit your existing order according to open purchase, as we are not able to make exchanges in your order.

How do I know if you have received my return?
As soon as we have received and approved your return, you will receive a confirmation from us to your email address. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.

How long does my package stay at the Post Office?
Your package will remain with the agent for 7 days. If you choose not to pick up your package at the Post Office, the package will automatically be returned back to our warehouse.

If you do not pick up the package, AR Supplements has the right to charge a fee of up to 250 SEK for work and shipping costs. Please note that unclaimed packages do not fall within the scope of the right of withdrawal or free returns.

Return
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date you have received your order. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our support at support@arsupplements.com .

This only applies to goods that are returned in their original packaging and in unchanged condition. NOTE! Goods marked with a short best before date or broken seal cannot be claimed due to health and hygiene reasons.

You have received my return, how do I receive my refund?
As soon as you have received confirmation from us that we have received your return, the process for your refund will begin. The refund process normally takes between 5-7 banking days.

The refund will be registered to the same account used at the time of purchase.

I have received the wrong delivery. What do I do?

Why isn't my discount code working?
If you have a discount code, we recommend that you start by checking the expiration date for it. Also keep in mind that some discounts cannot be combined with promotions or other discounts. In that case, they will cancel each other out.
