General terms and conditions for AR Supplements:

1. General These general terms and conditions govern the agreement between the customer and ARtraining AB, owner of AR Supplements. By placing an order via the AR Supplements website, the customer enters into an agreement with ARtraining AB. In order to place an order on the website, the customer must be at least 18 years old. ARtraining AB reserves the right to refuse or change a customer's order in the event of incorrect information or payment remarks. Any errors in product descriptions, prices or stock status on the website can be corrected by AR Supplements at any time. The customer's use of the website is governed by intellectual property and market law.
   

2. Agreement and Order To make a purchase on the website, the customer must accept the general terms and conditions and consent to the use of personal data in accordance with AR Supplements' privacy policy. A purchase agreement is concluded when AR Supplements confirms the customer's order via email. The customer can withdraw their order until it has been confirmed by AR Supplements.
   
   

3. Customer Information The customer is advised to create a user account before purchasing on the website. The customer's personal information is processed in accordance with AR Supplements' privacy policy. The customer is responsible for keeping their login information secure and must immediately report any unauthorized access to AR Supplements.
   

4. Prices and payment Prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT. Payment and shipping fees are additional and are specified separately. The customer can choose from various payment methods listed on the website. AR Supplements has the right to charge in connection with the order unless invoice payment or another similar payment method has been selected. Certain limitations on payment options may apply.
   

5. Promotions and Offers AR Supplements may offer promotions with more favorable terms than those stated in the General Terms and Conditions. 6. Delivery and transportation Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the time stated on the website. Delivery time is stated in the order confirmation, and if there is a delay in delivery, AR Supplements will notify the customer. The customer must collect the package within the specified time and may be charged a fee if the package is returned to AR Supplements due to non-collection.

7. Complaints and returns The customer has the right to complain about a product that is defective or incorrect. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered. When making a complaint, AR Supplements follows Swedish law and the Consumer Purchase Act. The customer may also have the right to cancel their purchase according to the Distance Contracts Act. Returns must be made according to AR Supplements' instructions and may be associated with return fees.
   

8. Limitation of Liability AR Supplements is responsible for delivering goods of contractual quality according to Swedish law. However, AR Supplements is not responsible for indirect damages or losses that may arise as a result of purchases on the website.
   

9. Dispute resolution and applicable law Any disputes between the customer and AR Supplements shall primarily be resolved amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the customer may turn to the Swedish Board of Complaints or a Swedish court. Swedish law shall apply to the contractual relationship between the customer and AR Supplements.
