We often get questions from our customers about how to take supplements and why, or ask for tips on how to mix your protein powder and when to take it. Here is some more information on this.
All Vitamins : Contains a balanced combination of vitamins and minerals that meet daily needs and support immune system function. Recommended to be taken once a day.

Clean Omega-3 : Contains EPA and DHA as well as Vitamin E. Important for heart and brain function, especially for those who do not eat fish. Recommended intake is 2 capsules a day, but we have customers who take up to 10 a day. It also depends on the diet; if you are in a calorie deficit and do not eat much fat, you may need more omega-3. Talk to your doctor or trainer about how much you should take.

Super EAA : Essential amino acids that are necessary for the body and increase protein synthesis for muscle building and recovery. EAA is recommended to be taken during training for better recovery, and to take your training to the next level you can mix it with Super Fast Carbs.
- EAA is recommended to mix 1-2 scoops with 4-7 dl of water. Super Fast Carbs: 1-3 scoops depending on body weight and training goals. If you mix more scoops of EAA and Carbs, you will also need more water. Keep in mind that the taste is diluted the more water you use. If you want more flavor, use less water.

Slow Protein Casein : Provides longer satiety and has a slower absorption rate, which is good for evening intake and recovery during the night. Our Casein is drinking casein. Mix 1-2 scoops of Casein with 3-4 dl of water. The more water, the more the flavor is diluted. The less water, the more flavorful and creamy it will be. Casein can also be used in baking because the protein holds up better when heated than, for example, Whey100.

Power PWO : A performance enhancer with ingredients for better pump and focus during training. Power PWO's dosage depends entirely on how much caffeine and Beta-alanine you can tolerate. One scoop contains 150 mg of caffeine and 4 g of Beta-alanine. We have customers who take up to 3 scoops of PWO. Mix 1 scoop of PWO with 2 dl of water. You can also mix in Super Fast Carbs to enhance the effect during training. 1-3 scoops of Super Fast Carbs depending on your training goals. If you also mix in Carbs, you need a little more water, about 3-4 dl.

Rest ZMA : Contains Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B6, which promotes deeper sleep and better recovery. Take this 1-2 hours before going to bed. Recommended dosage is 3 capsules.

High Quality Whey100 : A high quality whey protein for optimal recovery after training. Balanced blend of protein with low fat and carbohydrate content. Mix 1-2 scoops of Whey100 with 3 dl of water. If you want more flavor and a thicker consistency, use less water, about 2 dl. If you want less flavor, you can mix it with more water, which dilutes it more.

Super Fast Carbs : Super Fast Carbs from AR Supplements are 100% Maltodextrin. Fast carbohydrates that help you train harder and recover faster. Mix Super Fast Carbs to increase the calorie intake in your diet, especially for those who want to build muscle and get more calories. You can mix it with your Whey100 to increase the calories. It also gives a good effect if you mix Carbs with Power PWO before training or with Super EAA during training.
